Returns

Your Prescription for Health (www.illnessisoptional.com) will accept a product return if you are not satisfied with the product for up to 60 days after its purchase. (We do not accept book or tape returns).

Any Bulk orders (six or more of any one item) are non-refundable or exchangeable. We are confident that you will find the natural products that we carry to be of highest quality and potency. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and/or do not tolerate the product you can return it to the below listed address with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

Policy Details:

1. We accept returns within 60 days of your product arrival, no exceptions.

2. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

3. We can not pay freight on returned items unless your product was damaged or shipped incorrectly. Please contact our offices immediately and we will correct the problem.

4. If you received FREE shipping, and your return brings the order total to below the $100, we will refund the amount of the return minus the $6.49 shipping allowance.

5. We will refund your money to your credit card within 7-14 days of product receipt.
